10/10 - Miriam was very thorough with her explanations as far as what to expect at NPC while still being personable, very kind, and informative. She was able to answer all questions I had regarding the MRI program and gave me extra info towards the end of the meeting as to what the next steps would be and how to stay ahead of things on my end.
